Gabriella Quinn joined the Howland Hess Birnbaum team in 2013. She has over 15 years’ experience assisting clients with a variety of matters, including corporate and real estate transactions, civil litigation, personal injury, estate planning, estate contests, and family law matters. Gabriella settled into Decedent’s Estate and Trust Administration in 2021. She helps guide families in their most difficult of times, and prides herself on being able to alleviate the burdens that come along with being an executor. Gabriella assists clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to navigate the Register of Wills, Surrogate and Orphans’ Courts’ rules. Beginning with probate, locating assets and determining their taxable value, preparing federal and state death and inheritance tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and fiduciary accountings, on through to making final distributions in accordance with a decedent’s Will or intestate laws; Gabriella is there to guide our clients every step of the way.
Gabriella’s career in law offices began at the age of 12; typing envelopes and separating sprocket-holed printer pages for her father, a Philadelphia attorney. Before, during, and after attending Temple University, Gabriella worked with her father, and credits her legal knowledge and aptitude to him.
Family is most important to Gabriella. Outside of the office, you will find her spending time with fiancé, Greg, their son, Greggie, and her siblings, nieces, and nephews.
"Gabby explained the process of settling my aunt's estate clearly and answered my many questions with patience and understanding. She made a painful process so much easier and I was, and still am, incredibly grateful. She possesses the powerful and rare combination of experience, expertise and compassion. I highly recommend working with her."
