A survey dealing with staff compensation for construction management and staff.

A summary of an October, 2004 study performed by the University of Pennsylvania involving the problems and issues with construction in the City of Philadelphia. Any contractor that does work in the City should be interested in this survey. I am enclosing just the first five pages of the report. If you would like a full copy, please contact us. We hope that the City of Philadelphia will streamline and modernize their entire Licenses and Inspections Department in order to make it "user friendly" to encourage more contractors to come to the City to develop, build, et cetera.
