Since 1976, Bruce D. Hess has concentrated in the area of personal injury. He handles all types of injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, catastrophic injury and wrongful death. He is a trial lawyer and is also skilled in negotiating settlements.
Son of Robert Hess, he too has given much time to the community. He is chairman of the board of Pilgrim Gardens, a retirement facility, and also has served other retirement facilities as chairman of the board of directors of Heritage Towers and director of Evangelical Manor. He is a director of Frankford Hospital and other health care organizations involved in physician services. He is also corporate counsel to several retirement facilities. He advises various physicians and other health care professionals. Dedicated to the environment, he is past director of the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust (formerly Pennypack Watershed Association), which works to restore and preserve forests and wetlands. He has also served his local community where he resides, as director of Heacock Meadows Condominium Association. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.
He is a graduate of Ursinus College and Temple University Law School. He is married and has three children.
